• The product packaging is not damaged
• The product has not been removed from its original packaging, including accessories, labels, etc.
• Be in exactly the same condition as it was at the time of purchase. That is, new, unworn, unwashed, unused
• Not to be a product that was bought with a discount or offer and its discount price is mentioned in our website or is included in the category “Offers”.
• Not to be a product of “special order”, ie not to be a product that was manufactured by our company or one of our partners, exclusively for the specific customer.
Such products are considered the bonbons, as well as products that have undergone any change from their original form at the request of the customer (clothes, shoes to order, etc.)
The change products are sent only after the returned products are received and subjected to quality control. Refunds are made within 10 working days.
Shipping method and delivery costs in case of change – return of products.
• In case of incorrect shipping of the product, the shipping costs are borne by our company.
• In case of product change-return, the customer is charged the shipping costs.
• In case the product for change or return does not meet the above conditions of the paragraph “Exchange – return of products”, the parcel will be returned to the sender at his expense.
• The delivery costs of the products that are returned completely without change are borne by the customer. For this reason we advise you:
• Use a recognized postal service to return or change your purchase.
• Carefully pack the product in a larger box so that it is protected during shipment.
• In no case is our company responsible for loss, delay, theft or mismanagement of the parcel sent by the customer for change – product return.
• In no case is the receipt of return or product change by cash on delivery to our company accepted.
• All products must be sent to the headquarters of our company.
Jurisdiction & applicable law.
Any dispute, disagreement or claim arising from the operation of our Online Store or from the concluded contracts of purchase-sale of products and services, will be governed by Greek Law and the Courts of Pyrgos will be responsible for their resolution.
